Vasudha Krishnamurthy, a California-licensed attorney who has experience in technology and healthcare contracts, privacy law, HIPAA compliance, and AI governance. Her work spans domestic and cross-border legal frameworks, having advised organizations like Biocon and Mindtree on regulatory requirements. Keren Wachira is a certified Information Security and Business Continuity Architect with experience in information security, operational risk management, and data protection across financial, healthcare, and development sectors. She has successfully led the design and implementation of ISO 27001-aligned Information Security Management Systems and ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management Systems, strengthening organizational resilience and audit readiness. With a strong command of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, Data Protection Act, NIST RMF, and COBIT, she has delivered comprehensive risk assessments, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and compliance programs that consistently achieved zero regulatory penalties. Keren holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science coupled with certifications including ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO/IEC 22301 Lead Implementer, GRCP, GRCA, and IDPP. She brings analytical precision to risk assessments, and control optimization enabling data-driven security strategies that are both compliant and cost-effective while ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of healthcare systems.
